i searched all over
for me
until i realised that i was
a subtle reflection of you

and though i was not aware
of the reflection
the reflection was surely
conscious of me

with mere specks of intelligence
i was unable to fathom
the mystery
of this reality

It feels wonderful to write after so very long, my last post was over a month ago! – a different side of you and I’ve just noticed that today’s poem fits in quite well as a follow up :))
