Moonstruck

The full moon has been stunning
Cloudless night drenched in milky white warmth

Here’s our dear Kabira moonstruck (not quite happy about it!)

poetry by Sonya Kassam cat full moon

After meditation in my little balcony, I opened my eyes to the rising moon. As I sat back enjoying the moonlight, I noticed the reflection on my balcony door. The moon was reflected there and it was like watching two full moons rising. Almost like the moon was admiring herself in a mirror. What an amazing sight! Have a look….

Moonstruck

(and the moon wasn’t even directly opposite the door, it was sort of a side reflection)

…while listening to Patanjali Strotam, so peaceful and poetic.

And here’s the moon at dawn, listen to the birds chirping. My favorite time, Nairobi is so serene in the early morning.
