although i never wandered so far
so good is this distance where
time allows us to heal, perhaps
even to forgive
untwisting myself from
the karma of you
so far, so good

My first poem of the new decade. I have received several beautiful and elegant notebooks recently and I need to fill them up, right? Hoping to write more regularly
( I know I promised myself this last year,and the year before. But if nothing else, I am persistent!)

After too long I decided to create a poem from the Twitter poetry prompt. Though I have been out of practise I’m happy that the words are (still) able to flow and meet up to the challenge.
