search for reality

i did search for reality
but lost sight of my dreams
where dust mingles with ash
unspoken words shall be heard
the dreamer lives on

  5. I did find this a bit confusing. May be perhaps I don’t understand poetry, the essence.

    In my opinion, ‘lost sight of dreams’ and ‘the dreamer lives on’ are quite contradictory, don’t you think?

    1. I am glad that the contradiction prompted you to ask me more :)

      I was expressing hope that dreams never really die even if they are kept aside. And that the dreamer shall live through them…forever.
