always place a touch of doubt
hiding behind faith
if there is an answer for everything
from where shall questions come?
know that it is quite in order
to know less, or even
to know nothing
rather than know too much
knowledge is a power
with immense responsibility
which is perhaps why it is said
ignorance is bliss
certitude hardens society
knowledge clutters minds
wisdom clears your heart
observation soothes the soul
if indeed god is everywhere
how can there be only one path to reach him?

I think the one path is Righteousness? There are many ways of being good and reaching out to God.

If I were pushed to choose one path over any others, I would go for good sense.

Dear Sonya,
We like this a lot. Thank you for it.
Tierno Bokar, a sufi from Mali, once said: “God is that which confounds the mind.” Your poem wonderfully points to this depth.
We very much like the quote shared by Baba Bulleh Shah.
All good wishes,

That is a beautiful quote Robert. But how many of us will admit to accepting the fact that God confounds the mind? Sadly we all have our own definitions…even more sad, we think we have the ONLY correct definition.

Dear Sonya,
Yes…that’s why we tend to avoid those who seek to push their personal definition. We end up avoiding, then, most people :) and spending time around a select few.
All good wishes,
