You asked me what I am
I am the scent that lingers
while you can not ever see me
never touch me
nor hear me
No source, no forever
I just am
Stop questioning
do not wonder any more
Just accept and enjoy me
the way I am
A mere moment
it was commanded “Be”
and I am
Kun Fayakun is an Arabic term meaning Be and it is – (Allah,) The Originator of the heavens and the earth. When He decrees a matter, He only says to it, “Be,” and it is.

I had written the poem many months ago, but was still searching for a title. I am now in no doubt that I chose the best one.
